HOUGHTON Residential lettings is an experienced and ARLA registered locally based letting agency, offering a professional service to both landlords and tenants, with over 45 years' experience in the ever changing rental market place. We are (amongst other trade bodies), members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and therefore work within a strict code of practise to ensure that we give the professional standards that we pride ourselves in offering. We cover all areas from Hoddesdon, Ware and Hertford, northbound up the A10 corridor to Buntingford (and beyond), with considerable local knowledge, giving us unrivalled insight into the rental market.

By offering various levels of property management, we are able to discuss what it is you require from your agent, and can bespoke our involvement to suit. You may wish to be involved in day to day issues, or you may wish to hand over keys and have no involvement whatsoever - we have the experience and options to deal with what best suits your needs.

CMP (Client Money Protection)

As a Propertymark Protected agent, we are covered by their CMP scheme. You wouldn’t book a holiday which was not protected: don’t trust your property to an agent who does not offer CMP as this is now a legal requirment!
